This award-winning artwork celebrates the kindness, courage and hope that I discovered within the pages of a magical little book during a period of profound grief.
 
The loss of both my parents, days apart, left me utterly heartbroken.
 
The magical book, "The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse" is full of beautiful illustrations and inspiring words. Among them, a poignant page with only two words: “Be Curious”.
 
These words struck a chord. My wonderful parents instilled a lifelong sense of curiosity in me. Their support and encouragement had always been present, yet they never had the chance to witness my transformation into an artist. 
 
And so, this curious fox is my tribute to their memory and the enduring influence they have on my life.
 
In sharing this artwork, I hope to remind us all of the wonders that await when we embrace life with open hearts and inquisitive minds.
