Payments, Shipping and Returns

Welcome to the nitty-gritty detail part!


Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about making a purchase, how your precious artwork will get to you, and what to do if something isn't quite right.


I want your experience to be as smooth and delightful as possible, so I've covered all the bases.

How do I pay for a commissioned artwork?

Commissions require a £50 non-refundable deposit by bank transfer to secure a place on my drawing board. 


The balance is due by bank transfer upon your approval of the final piece prior to shipping.

All payments must be made in £GBP.

How do I pay for a purchase on your online shop?

Payments for original artwork or prints purchased through my online shop are taken through Stripe in £GBP. 


You can pay with major credit or debit cards.  You do not need to have a Stripe account and your card details are not stored.


Do you offer instalment payment plans?

I do not offer instalment payment plans.


What do you charge for delivery?

Commissioned artwork

Priced individually.


FREE delivery on all UK orders unless enhanced options are requested.


FREE delivery on all international deliveries over £100.

Please note for international shipping, the buyer is wholly responsible for any tax or import duties.  Please ensure you are ware of these potential extra costs before your purchase or commission.

How soon will I receive my artwork after placing my order?

Giclée Prints are specifically printed to order.   Please allow 14 days for processing and delivery of your order.


Commissioned and Original artwork deliveries are individually managed and I will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.

What delivery options do you offer?

I offer local delivery or collection of Original and Commissioned artwork within a 20 mile radius of Tanworth in Arden, Warwickshire.

If you're further afield, Commissioned and Original artwork is sent using a tracked and signed for delivery.  The courier I use depends on the final destination.

Prints are sent using tracked delivery.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Original artwork

All work is carefully packaged for shipping.  If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, keep all packaging and contact me within 24 hours.  Please take photos of the artwork in full, the area of damage and the packaging.



If a problem or fault is found on a print, please use the contact form to report the issue within 24 hours of receipt, so that you can be given a replacement as soon as possible.  Please provide your order confirmation and a description of the problem. 


Can I return an Original artwork or Giclée Print?

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an original artwork or print, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

You have 30 days to contact me by email to request a return.  When a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing, insuring and arranging the return.  You must pay for any shipping costs when returning artwork.


Once the artwork has been safely returned in its original condition, I will refund your payment within 10 business days. Where free shipping was offered, the shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund.

Can I return an artwork I've commissioned?

Commissioned artwork can only be returned if damaged in transit.  In this case, a claim will first be made on your behalf with the courier.

You receive regular progress updates during the creation of your commissioned artwork.  You also receive a photograph of the completed piece prior to your final payment.  This process ensures you are completely satisfied with the end result before the artwork is paid for and shipped.
