This portrait honours the resilience of wildlife facing human threats. Back from the brink, bald eagles soar again - living proof that conservation works.

But it’s an unfinished story.

That fierce, almost judgmental gaze… it’s as if he’s measuring our future choices - and our will to protect that freedom.
